Conducting trainings on public speaking, gender equality, development of leadership skills. Meeting of the prarticipants with famous women and women-deputies of the city council. Involving girls in social activism.

In 2007 among other First Step participants took part in Vital Voices of Eurasia Leadership Summit for Women and Girls.
