In 2009 Karine implemented the project supported by the UWF: assistance in overcoming of social isolation of young people with limited abilities inKirovohrad region through their involvement in information and education events. In 2009 her success story written to the contest "My Way to Success" was found one of the best. As a winner of this contest Karine took part in 2010 Meeting of girls-leaders with successful women and All-Ukrainian Conference "Ukrainian Women's Movement: myth or reality?"
