Creating, permanent updating and disseminating of youth information bulletin "Media-Palette" within local weekly publication to assist in devloping democaracy and civil society in Tokmak town.

The project's success stories:

• Having appeared in the town, youth information page "Media Palette" arosed great reasponse. On the one hand information arosed interest of youth, on the other it helped teachers add quality in preparing and conducting classes and out-of-class activities.
• Bulletin had permanent columns: "European Way", "Literature Corner", "Contests for youth", "Famous Tokmak inhabitants" and others. During the bulletin diccemination there were a lot of proposals from readers concerning new topics and columns, such as "School Humor", "Wonders of the World", "Human Safety", etc.
• Publishing printed version of the youth bullentin led to the idea of making its electronic variant as well. Negotiations were conducted with administrator of Tokmak town's website about placing "Media-Palette" information materials on the town's web-resource. It is also planned to disseminate the page through internet listserve among non-governmental organizations and partners of implementing NGO.
