Aleksiychk Khrystyna, Kherson, Project: Let`s make Kherson clean!

Attracting attention to ecological situation in the region, engaging youth and representatives of Kherson city governance to implementing the project of cleaning the city through organizing and conducting round tables, competitions and youth action "Let's make Kherson clean!".

The project's success stories:

• Wwithin the project youth action "Let's make Kherson clean!" was conducted, the contest of the best drawing "Is it really so difficult?" was organized, subbotniks, holiday program to the World Earth Day, leaflets and posters were published, round tables were conducted with participation of jornalists, representatives of civil society organizations, department of education, department for family, yoth and sports at Kherson City Council.
• The project's topic of contemporary ecological condition was reflected in many mass media, such as "Sofia" radio, "Skifia" TV and radion comapny, "Tavria" TV and radio company, newspapers "VIK", "New Day". In future it is planned to prepare weekly rubric in children's program "In the rythm of life", which is broadcasted every day on "Sofia" radio.
• It is interesting that adminstartion of Kherson High School of journalism, business and legal knowledge supported the action "Let's make Kherson clean!" The contest of reades was conducted on the topic of environmental protection.
